$3m in British Aid for Housing Constructing Unlocked

The Honourable Minister with responsibility for Housing has given himself a tap on the back for unlocking more three million dollars in British aid for housing construction.

Speaking in Parliament on the 2018 budget, David Osborne, who took over as Minister in September 2017, said prior to his arrival, less than half a million out of a budget of 3.8 million dollars were spent on social housing.

He says upon taking office he immediately set in motion plans to build much needed houses for at least four vulnerable families on island.
