A Review of the Technical Corporation Officer Programme Needed on Montserrat
Acting Premier and Minister for Communications, Word, Labour and Energy, Dr, the Honourable Samuel Joseph has said that the government accepts that there needs to be a review of the Technical Corporation Officers (TC) Programme.
Speaking in Parliament on Tuesday, He however, outlined that there are a number of skills gaps which must be addressed to ensure that the island’s developmental needs are met.
Dr. Joseph was at the time addressing several recommendations contained in the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) report, including also, the pensions scheme.

The PAC was charged with investigating the operations of the Office of the Deputy Governor (ODG) with a view to making recommendations for timely and improved manoeuvres for the future.
