HONOURABLE CLAUDE HOGAN WEIGHS IN ON ACCESS ISSUE
Another opposition member has weighed in on the access issue which has been a sore point for Montserrat for some time now.
Honourable Claude Hogan says the time has come for the masses to look at access in a different context.
Speaking on the PDM Hour radio programme Mr Hogan Wednesday, Honourable Hogan said that his approach to access would be from a position where the sustainable development plan (SDP) is the driving force.
He outlined that there should have been greater focus on the SDP because its speaks to where Montserrat needs to be in the future.
