Budget Presentation Announced for March 24
March 24th, 2025 has been announced as the day for the Government of Montserrat’s Budget Presentation.
Speaking on the What’s on Your Mind radio programme on Thursday, Premier, the Honourable Reuben T Meade says Government will likely present a baseline budget as they await a final settlement from the United Kingdom.
He explains that there will be a mini budget later, once terms are agreed.
Premier Meade says the idea is to introduce a new level of fiscal discipline within the Government of Montserrat.
