Ministry of BUILT Releases 2024–2025 Annual Report

The Ministry of Building, Utilities, Infrastructure, Labour and Transport (BUILT) has released its Annual Report for the financial year ending 31 March 2025, offering a comprehensive look at its operations, finances, and strategic direction.

The Annual Report provides narrative analysis of the Ministry’s performance and its roadmap for meeting future challenges in infrastructure, labour, and climate resilience.

Covering the period from April 2024 to March 2025, the report outlines major strides made in infrastructure development, public utilities, digital transformation, energy independence, and labour.

The Ministry also advanced efforts to strengthen project delivery and policy frameworks, all in line with its mission to deliver sustainable and resilient public services.

Looking ahead, the ministry is focused on critical national priorities, including: Green energy investments; Utility modernization; Workforce regularization; and upgrades to transport infrastructure.

Key ongoing projects include geothermal well-head maintenance, the airport terminal upgrade, and improvements to the A01 main road, supported by multilateral funding and enhanced oversight.
