Chief Magistrate Vashti Chatoor Welcomes RISE Program

Chief Magistrate Vashti Chatoor says the Reintroduction into Society for Ex-offenders (RISE) programme, will place Montserrat on the map.

Chatoor says the programme, spearheaded by the Department of Community, Youth Sports (DCYS), will provide critical information on crime and arrests rates in Montserrat.

She welcomes the three phases of the programme, which aims to reduce the national crime rate by 15 per cent.
