Montserrat is hoping to benefit from agreed outcomes from the ongoing Global Sustainable Islands Summit (GSIS) 2025 in St Kitts and Nevis with Dr Joyelle Clarke, Minister responsible for Sustainable Development and Climate Action, underscoring the urgent need for united and ambitious approaches to sustainability among island nations worldwide.
Hosting this milestone event in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, May 25-30, Dr Clarke addressed delegates representing a myriad of island territories stretching from the Cayman Islands to the Canary Islands, Martinique to the Marshall Islands, and St. Eustachius to Seychelles.
